Today's meeting was entertaining! Lots of laughter! 
19 people attended, including 3 guests. 15 of us traded. We missed those who were unable to attend.
We discussed details for our Show Opening on Sunday, September 29th. It will be from 3pm-6pm. Each committee provided updates: food, bio book, publicity, and title panel. Thank you to everyone for your hard work!

We did our show and tell of the Paper Doll Challenge as demonstrated by Lisa Tawney at the last meeting. The interpretations were so diverse! It was great to see! We also did our regular trades and JAMS.
We set the challenge for the next time to be: Thanksgiving. Make at least one card for show and tell with the theme of Thanksgiving. The meeting will be on Sat. November 16, 2013 at 1pm. To Marilyn's knowledge, the big classroom (up the stairs to the right then quick left) will be available. As always, the regular trade does not have a theme, but many members plan to make ATCs with one of the following themes: Autumn/Thanksgiving/
Sue Spencer will demonstrate a technique for the next meeting that we will workshop, "Making a Masterboard." Sue will bring supplies, but please bring your basic craft kits (scissors, glue, etc).
So for the next meeting:
-Please bring your basic craft kits (scissors, glue, etc.)
-Bring at least one card with the theme of Thanksgiving for show and tell
-Bring your ATCs for the regular trade (plan for 20)
-Bring your JAMS to trade (if you are participating)
